C'era una volta...... da sempre, l'inizio di un antico racconto, di una favola, di    una tradizione, incominciano così, semplicemente con c'era una volta...... ed anche questa breve storia, divenuta ormai tradizione, é iniziata così...... c'era una volta, nel lontano  1853, un discendente della Famiglia Carletti che, con passione ed amore della propria Terra e dei frutti da essa prodotti, decise di creare un luogo di ritrovo in cui la gente con gioia ed armonia, potesse celebrare gli antichi Dei della tavola: Cerere e Bacco......  da allora, molti anni son passati ma, nulla é cambiato: Bruna e Marco Rossi, con lo stesso amore nel creare, la genuinità ed i sapori della cucina, uniti ad un ambiente cortese e familiare, Vi aspettano...... 

Once upon the time...... it is the beginning of every tale and tradition; also this story started this way. In 1853, a descendant of the Carletti’s family decided to create a gathering place to celebrate and feast the products of the earth, cultivated with passion. Many years have passed, but nothing has changed: Bruna and Marco Rossi, who have been working in this industry for over 30 years, are continuing this tradition of genuine cuisine with dedication and love. Und so beginnt auch diese kurze Geschichte: Es war einmal, anno 1853, ein Nachfolger der Familie Carletti – aus  Leidenschaft und Liebe zum Land und seinen Produkten, entschied er sich einen Ort zu schaffen, an dem die Menschen mit Freude und in Harmonie zusammenkommen: die Osteria Carletti. Seitdem sind viele Jahre vergangen, aber nichts hat sich verändert.
